TeamView for Microsoft Exchange

This tool has been developed for handling a workgroup (or team): the team manager is allowed to select a period, a group of persons and an appropriate level of detail, and it is presented a table where the activities of each person are described. Colours identify when each person is free, busy or out of office. A single click can increase the resolution or display the actual calendar entry for that person/period (with location, notes, and so on.

It works by looking at all the calendars on the Exchange server. Obviously, an user can only display the calendars she is allowed to display with outlook, and "private" appointment subject, location and notes are not displayed.

The program is an Active Server Page whose output can be accessed in a web interface from outside the office.
